A breakthrough in the work for better conditions for PHD candidates seeking employment
The Norwegian Association of Researchers (NAR), has brought the Ministry of Labour's attention to the conditions for PHD candidates regarding their rights to unemployment benefits. In a letter to the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, the Ministry now gives important signals towards changing today's policy with 8 weeks quarantine for PHD candidates seeking employment
